Below is the application form for the 30th Annual Hawai'i Arts, Crafts, & Food Festival During Merrie Monarch scheduled for April 13th, 14th, & 15th 2023 (from 9 am - 4pm) at the Nani Mau Gardens, Hilo. The Festival is a celebration of the Artistic and Cultural Heritage of Hawai'i, its people, and environment. If you are interested in participating in this event, we urge you to submit your application as soon as possible. Spaces are limited and reserved a year in advance. Please download this file.

Carefully review it, fill out the required information, sign and submit your completed application, booth fee and security deposit. Select three booth choices. Upon receipt of your application, booth fee and security deposit, a representative will contact you to discuss your booth requirements and confirm your booth spaces. Booths will be assigned on a first - come first - serve basis.
No booths will be confirmed unless payment is received in full. No postdated checks will be accepted.
